Rock your Goal More Information

Easy, simple way to track your progress towards your goal!  The most important thing is to make sure your goal is clear, your reinforcement is something that is really wanted and enjoyed and you faithfully record each success. Great system to use for your child as well.

1. Set an attainable, measurable, specific goal. (i.e., "I will spend 15 minutes a day engaging in a self-care activity" "I will complete my homework everyday without arguing" )

2. Choose what the specific reward will be for reaching the goal. (i.e., "When goal is reached I will purchase a massage" "When goal is reached you will earn a trip to the park" )

3. Diligently record successes and follow through with reinforcement as soon as possible.

Remember: Focus on SUCCESSES!
If utilizing for your child DO NOT PENIALIZE if successes are not concurrent.  Express high verbal praise for EACH SUCCESS!
