Livin' Life App :1,2,3 Done! More Information

We all have list a mile long that is difficult to get done.  Use this simple idea and phone reinforcement chart to get things done!
Look here for a printable page to list Big Things, Medium Things and Little Things.

1. Choose what your reward will be when you complete the "1,2.3 DONE!" card. This is extremely important!  Whether you are utilizing the phone chart to reinforce yourself or your child, it must be something worth working for!  It can be non-tangible or tangible. Here is a link to reinforcement idea for children.

2. Make a list of things to do and put them under the correct categories: Big, Medium, Small. REMEMBER: Things are to be listed as to your perception of Big, Medium and Small.  If you think vacuuming is a Big thing, then that is where you list it.  Add to list as needed.

3. Each day complete one Big thing, two Medium things and three Small things from your list and record success on your phone chart.

4. Follow through with your reward as soon as possible! You earned it!

Remember: DO NOT STRESS if you have a lot of items on your list.  If you work the program you will finish things that you need to do!
